Great place for the kids to spend a few hours, but pricey. We visited in February when Florida was having one of its coldest days on record, so we wanted to keep the kids occupied. They had an offer on for the day were everything was effectively half price. Parking is free and there is a reasonably priced snack bar for fries, hot dogs, coffee, cake etc. Pros: This review is based on the Thursday special they had that we bought.
It was not crowded at all, so we really took our time to enjoy the pizza, rides and arcade games. We got there at 11 am, but even at 2 pm, the crowd was minimal.
Other then that, the little ones will enjoy the other rides Celebration Station offers. Customer Service: All were very friendly and attentive. I will say that at one point, while I went to get pizza, one of the girls asked me in a rather accusatory tone what color my wristband was. I didn't realize they had different colored wristbands, but I guess for the price package we bought, I had a purple wristband to indicate unlimited pizza.
I suppose she was just doing her job. Arcade games: There are plenty of arcade games to enjoy. Cons: There was limited staff available this day to man the outside rides, so at any given time, at least 2 or 3 of the kiddie rides was not turned on until another ride had no people waiting for it. This was a bit of a disappointment when my little ones wanted to go on one of the rides, but had to wait until someone was available to operate the ride.
Eventually, the kids did get to go on each of the rides, but Celebration Station does need to ensure each operational ride has an attendant. Pizza: Definitely not gourmet pizza, but it wasn't completely nasty. There could be less bread and more toppings. All of the soda was completely flat and tasteless. Opt for the water unless you don't mind flat, tasteless soda.
Dr Stephen Ashbourne, UK 2, contributions. Great spot for crazy golf put put. My wife challenged me to a game of crazy golf, and with a 2 for 1 coupon we found on a Clearwater map sheet , we went here to play. Choice of x2 hole courses, called "Difficult" and "Easy". Easy, free parking. Great fun - highly recommended for fun. Please give me a "Helpful" vote if I've informed you.
Thank you. Krista P Bradford, Ontario, Canada 5 contributions. If you have children of varying ages, this is the place to go!
We arrived with 5 kids at opening 5, 9, 11, 15 and We rode the bumper boats and rode the go karts for about 2 and a half hours. We then left for swimming and dinner. We returned and spent another 4 hours on the kiddie rides, miniature golf and go karting. The place does get busier in the evening with teenagers, but they were all well behaved. Grandparents right down to the 5 year old had a blast without even touching the arcade.
