I have also been doing more smoothies lately and just finished the Dr. Oz 3 Day Detox all smoothies. Now that I just incorporate them into my normal eating plan I am having a hard time determining WW points. I know what you mean about counting points. In the example you give, I'd count the flax seeds and almond butter and assign it 4 points. I've found that I can eat 2 to 3 servings of fruit a day and still maintain my weight without difficulty. Hope this helps.
